The Department of Curriculum and Instruction has been part of our university since it started. The department began working in the academic year 2013/2014. Before that, it was part of the Department of Educational Sciences (since 2008). The department aims to offer strong academic programs that prepare skilled teachers, leaders, and researchers. It supports better teaching and learning, and encourages useful and original research that assists schools and the community. The department follows international academic standards, keeps up with global changes in education, and meets the needs of the local and Arab community. It also provides a modern learning and research environment supported by technology, and encourages creativity and innovation. This is done through a dedicated team of faculty and staff who work hard to support students and researchers and help the university achieve excellence locally and regionally.
