Fourth: The anchoring of the Hanafi school of thought in man-made laws that regulate human life to this day, as most of the man-made laws in our Arab and Islamic world are derived from it, rather most of the laws regulating constitutions and civil laws , as the Ottoman-Turkish Hanafi Judicial Code was the main source for these legislations, as well as other laws
Fifth: Casting old jurisprudence and its methods of teaching in a manner that keeps pace with modern systems so that it manifests in a respectful, considered and recognized manner in the highest international certificates and forums after obtaining the approval of higher education and ministries. Thus, the respected doctrinal jurisprudence does not remain only taught in associations, homes and in secret without tangible benefit in reality.

Scientific and practical experiences are exchanged to advance the thought and idea of the Hanafi school everywhere.
