The department will be a reliable reference and an effective contributor to strategic planning and development of the performance of university, the administrative staff and learners in accordance with national and international accreditation and quality assurance standards

To contribute in improving the quality of academic and administrative performance by enabling human resources at the university to achieve leadership and keep pace with international standards of accreditation and quality of university education.

1. Continuous development of performance by enhancing the quality system at the university.
2. Applying public and private accreditation standards to obtain local and international accreditation, in addition to achieving the quality requirements of university work and the requirements of the Jordanian National Qualifications Framework.
3. Encouraging and expanding the scope of dialogue on the teaching and learning process, and raising university work to international levels to include academics, administrators, students, and work sectors related to the university’s outcomes.
4. Improving the performance of faculty members by developing their capabilities in the areas of: teaching, evaluation, communication, and conducting scientific research and research related to the development of study materials and methods of evaluation and teaching at the university.
5. Developing plans and programs at the university to keep pace with global developments.
6. Bringing the university to an advanced position on the map of distinguished universities locally, regionally and globally.
7. Enhancing the university's attractiveness as an institution of global importance.

• - Contribute to the implementation of the strategic plan of the university.
• - Contribute to the preparation of the university for accreditation and quality assurance through the application of public and private accreditation standards, fulfillment of quality assurance requirements and the requirements of the Jordanian National Qualifications Framework, and completion of procedures related to this matter.
• - Participate in the preparation and development of study plans according to special accreditation standards.
• - Supervise the work of the executive committees for accreditation and quality assurance and the requirements of the Jordanian National Qualifications Framework at the university.
• - Spread the culture of quality in the university.
• - The link between the university and the Higher Education Accreditation Commission to follow up on accreditation and quality procedures and the requirements of the Jordanian National Qualifications Framework at the university.
• - Contribute to providing the elements of leadership, creativity and excellence of the university work environment.
• - Contribute to the development of policies, plans and programs that aim to ensure quality of university work.
• - Identify the difficulties facing the educational process and the shortage of faculty members in each department of all facultys at the university.
• - Prepare the studies and statistics required by the department.
