The Department of Management is considered one of the departments at the Faculty of Finance and Business to offer a bachelor's degree in business administration at the beginning of the academic year 2008/2009. It expanded its academic programs at the beginning of the academic year 2020/2011 through offering postgraduate degrees in three majors: a Master of Business Administration, a Ph.D. in Business Administration, in addition to the Ph.D. in Management. On this basis, the faculty has the mission and vision to offer various disciplines and programs and to reach a leadership position in academic and research work by providing academic and research services and the necessary expertise in all academic business administration programs. The department includes faculty members at all academic levels who meet the requirements of theAccreditation Commission for Higher Education Institutions and hold the rank of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer.
Our mission is to prepare and qualify students by providing them with the necessary knowledge that qualifies them to occupy successful jobs in various sectors, whether in the public sector, the non-profit sector, or the private sector. Our focus is on university education for business administration at the bachelor's and postgraduate levels (MBA, Ph.D. in Business Administration, and Ph.D. in Management) through the preparation of academic programs that balance academic aspects with the requirements of the Jordanian labor market.
The Department of Business Administration derives its vision from the vision of the Faculty of Finance and Business, which emanates from the vision of the World Islamic Sciences and Education University and seeks to be a leader in academic and research work. The department seeks to be the best choice for scholars and learners, and for the department to be at the top of the ranking of business administration departments at the level of Jordanian universities and the Arab region.
