The Department of Comparative Law was established simultaneously with the establishment of the Faculty, as it includes the following programs: Bachelor of Law, Master of Law, PhD in Private Law, and PhD in Public Law. The department included a group of law professors in the various stages of its programmes, which contributed to the department's attainment of a distinguished academic position among its counterparts in various Arab universities. Despite the newness of the university and the newness of the department, it offers doctoral programs in public and private law that were not previously offered in Jordanian universities, until the department attracted - thanks to Almighty Allah - a large group of doctoral students from most Arab countries.
