Introduction:

The Presidential Office Department has been established since the establishment of the university in 2008 to take upon itself the duty of official correspondence for the university president and the vice presidents and duly follow up on transactions, as the office is the link and the main artery for all faculties, departments, and centers of the university..

Mission

The mission of the presidential office department is to receive, follow up on, and deliver the incoming emails to the university president and the vice presidents, and follow up on its implementation after giving explanations and creating official letters.

Duties
  • • Receiving all incoming e-mails to the university from all faculties, departments, and centers of the university and all the various state institutions.
  • • Computerization of all incoming and outgoing transactions to and from the university facilitates their retrieval, reduces the use of paper, and speeds up work.
  • • Supplying and following up on the incoming official letters to the university president and the vice presidents and collecting the necessary responses from those concerned according to a prepared system for this purpose.
  • • Putting the proposed directive on the official letters, addressed to the university president and the vice presidents, according to their specializations
  • Provide accounting data for proper decisions-making purposes.
  • • Creation of texts for official letters issued by the university presidency in light of the directives of the university president and the vice presidents.
  • • Printing correspondence and official letters issued by the university presidency and checking their grammar and spelling.
  • • Issuing official letters issued by the university presidency.
  • • Delivery of outgoing mail to all faculties, departments, and centers of the university.
  • • Sending outgoing mail to all external university faculties and various state institutions.
  • • Sending outgoing mail outside Jordan and ensuring that it is delivered to the concerned authorities on a timely basis and according to the rules.
  • • Photocopying official letters and transactions and keeping the necessary ones.
  • • Mutual and continuous cooperation with all departments, centers, and faculties' offices.
  • • Facilitate the missions of visitors by following up on their transactions and making inquiries about them.
