It includes three divisions: the Student Services Division, the Studies and Counseling Division, and the Student Welfare Division. This department undertakes the following tasks:

1. Taking part in the activities related to directing and educating new students, assisting them in registration, and introducing them to the services provided at the university, the entities that provide these services, and how to benefit from them.

2. Issuing identities and certificates of good conduct.

3. Working to attract students from Arab and foreign countries, in coordination and cooperation with the cultural attachés in Jordan.

4. Providing financial support to students through loans and aid, and the student employment program.

5. Organizing lectures and holding seminars for university students in the field of educational counseling to help them adapt in their university life

6. Conducting surveys in an attempt to learn about the characteristics of the student body, the conditions of the students, the problems they face and their causes.

7. Offering guidance messages for students at the beginning of each academic year in order urge them to be responsible and to preserve the property of the university.

8. Assisting students with special needs in completing the procedures for their admission, registration and integration into the student body, providing services and facilities related to their studies and their movement within the university, and organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities that fall within their interests.
