Publication Procedures and Steps
- The article must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online system.
- The submitted article will be checked for compliance with the journal’s plagiarism and artificial intelligence policies. If the level of plagiarism exceeds the journal’s permitted limit, the article will be rejected and the peer-review process will be discontinued.
- If the article meets the journal’s requirements regarding plagiarism, it will be submitted to the Editorial Board for an initial evaluation before being sent to external reviewers. The Editorial Board reserves the right to proceed with external peer review or reject the article at this stage.
- The article will then be sent to two reviewers, each of whom is expected to provide a review within one month. If a reviewer does not respond within the specified period, the article will be sent to a third reviewer. The Editorial Board will make its decision based on the reviewers’ reports, as follows:
-
- The article will be accepted for publication if both reviewers recommend acceptance, subject to the author making any required revisions.
- The article will be rejected if both reviewers recommend rejection.
- If the reviewers disagree in their recommendations, the article will be sent to a third reviewer to determine its suitability for publication.
- The article will be rejected if the author is found to have violated academic integrity, publication ethics, or the journal’s submission requirements.
- After being notified of the required revisions, the author must make the necessary changes in accordance with the reviewers’ comments within a maximum of 60 days from the date of notification. If the author fails to respond within this period, the publication process will be suspended unless the author provides an acceptable justification to the Editorial Board.
- If a reviewer determines that the required revisions have not been adequately made, the author will be given a second and final period of 30 days to complete the required revisions. If the reviewer determines that the required revisions have still not been adequately addressed, the article and the revised version will be submitted to the Editorial Board for a final decision on acceptance or rejection. The author will be notified of the Editorial Board’s decision.
- An acceptance letter will be sent to the author(s) after the required revisions have been completed and verified.
- The journal reserves the right to remove material that does not affect the substance of the article or make language-related amendments to ensure compliance with the journal’s publication guidelines.
- The article will undergo technical review and formatting and will then be returned to the author for final review and confirmation before publication.
- If the author discovers any error or inaccuracy in the published article, the author must notify the journal as soon as possible and cooperate with the journal in correcting the error or, where necessary, withdrawing the article. If a third party notifies the journal of a significant error or inaccuracy, the author will be informed and asked to take the necessary corrective action or withdraw the article, as appropriate.
- The journal reserves the right to determine the order in which accepted articles are published in its issues.
