  • The Editor will conduct an initial evaluation of the article and verify its compliance with all submission requirements published on the journal’s website.
  • The submitted article will be checked for plagiarism and inappropriate use of artificial intelligence (AI).
  • A copy of the article, without the authors’ names or other identifying information, will be sent to Editorial Board members with relevant expertise in the research topic to determine whether the article meets the journal’s publication criteria, which are as follows:

The reviewers must have academic qualifications and expertise at least comparable to those of the author(s) and must have no conflict of interestwith the authors or the submitted article.

The revised version must be uploaded to the journal’s online system and returned to the reviewers for further evaluation. The review and revision process may involve up to three rounds before a final decision is reached.
  • If the reviewers’ recommendations are conflicting, the article will be sent to a third reviewer. The final decision will then be made after considering the third reviewer’s recommendation.
  • The final decision to accept or reject the article will be made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Board.
