international journal published by the Deanship of Scientific Research at the World Islamic Sciences and Education University. The journal has\u00a0<strong>EISSN: 2790-251X and ISSN: 2311-097X<\/strong> The journal publishes articles in either Arabic or English after they have undergone the journal\u2019s evaluation and peer-review process by expert reviewers. The journal employs a double-blind peer-review process and adheres to the publication ethics guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE):\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/publicationethics.org\/\">https:\/\/publicationethics.org\/<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>The journal strives to serve scholars, researchers, academics, and students by publishing high-quality, original research and scholarly studies across its various fields. It publishes one volume annually, comprising three issues (April, August, and December), with an electronic version of each issue available on the journal\u2019s website. The first volume, consisting of two issues, was published in 2014, and the journal continued to publish one volume with two issues annually until 2019. Since 2020, the journal has published three issues per volume annually, with the possibility of publishing a fourth issue when needed. All research articles are published on the journal\u2019s website under an open-access policy, allowing researchers and readers to access the published content freely.<\/p>\n<p>The journal aims for excellence in publishing original and innovative research in the fields of Islamic and legal studies while efficiently and professionally applying best practices in scholarly publishing and peer-review standards to ensure the publication of high-quality research.
