The university was established on 1/12/2009 at the level of a designated department according to the financial system (the internal control body). It is directly related to the president of the university, where a number of specialists work and appoints the director of the agency by a decision of the president. Article (40) of the Financial Regulations No. (2) for the year 2013.

It consists of the following sections:

1. Financial Control Section.

2. Administrative Control Section.

3. Follow-up Section.


Objectives of the Department


The objective of the internal control body is to ensure that the specific objectives have been achieved in accordance with the plans and policies drawn up, and to provide the president with information and data on what is happening in reality for the purpose of tightening the monitoring, evaluation and accountability.

A - Audit and financial control:

The aim of this study is to ensure that the financial affairs of the university are accurate and accurate and to test the accuracy of the transactions and the financial statements confirmed in the books and records to assess their compliance with the laws and regulations and instructions. It also aims to ensure that administrative decisions with financial implications are strictly implemented in accordance with the laws and regulations in force at the university.

B - Audit and administrative control:

It aims at auditing the administrative and academic decisions and their conformity with the regulations, laws and instructions and following up all measures aimed at protecting the university's assets from misuse, damage or loss. 

C. Follow-up:

It aims to follow up the reports issued by the Authority to the different bodies and to ascertain the extent of their response to correcting the observations in a manner commensurate with the laws, regulations, instructions and circulars issued by the Presidency of the University.
