Introduction

Public Relation and Media Department

Public Relations and Media department was established in 2008. It is regarded as one of the significant administrative units at W.I.S.E University since it plays a vital role in organizing and conducting certain activities that keep the university's professors, students, and employees in contact with the society. This department aims to build a good reputation of the university as a higher educational institution, to convey the university's message, and to clarify its objectives. Moreover, the public relation department intends to strengthen the relationships between the university and other public and foreign institutions and foundations through conducting some activities and holding conferences.

 

 

The Media Section:

Its main responsibility is:

  •  To provide mass media with the university's current news and activities.
  • To organize some interviews with the university's president.
  • To collect data from the university's faculties
  • Taking photos during the cultural events, sport activities, and art exhibitions organized in and outside the university.

Activities Section

         This section is responsible for:

  • Partaking in the preparation committees intended to hold conferences and to organize festivals, seminars and workshops.
  • Preparing and updating the private lists associated with the official invitations on different occasions.

 

Foreign Relations Section

  • Preparing the program of meetings and organizing the delegations visits
  • Receiving the university's visitors and preparing programs for them.
  • Keeping in contact with embassies and communities
